Formenbau
With many years of experience in mould making, we use our own tool shop to manufacture tools for vacuum and compressed air moulding.
For this, we use the following machines:
- Two 3-axis CNC portal milling machines with vacuum clamping table with a machining area of max. 3000×1560 mm, preferably suitable for sheet processing of wood, plastic and aluminium
- 3-axis CNC milling machine lid Maho DMC 835V
Work area: X up to 835 mm, Y up to 510 mm, Z up to 510 mm
Area of clamping table: 1000×560 mm
Controller: Heidenhain iTNC 530
Materials: aluminium, steel - 3-axis CNC milling machine DMC 1150V
Work area: 1150x700x550 mm
Area of clamping table: 1460×750 mm
