Production

Our main production technology is the forming of thermoplastic films and sheets (thermoforming). Other technologies include 5-axis plastic CNC milling as a finishing option for our drawn-down parts, stamping, US and HF welding, gluing, sawing and heat-sealing (contract packaging).

Our equipment includes modern compressed air and vacuum forming machines for film and sheet processing, 2-plastic, 5-axis CNC milling machines and other machines and equipment for the finishing of plastic parts. In sheet processing, mould surfaces up to 2000 x 1300 mm are possible (larger dimensions can be achieved by using existing cooperative relationships). Our own CAD design, two 3-axis CNC milling machines for plastic and aluminium and two 3-axis CNC milling machines for aluminium and steel have also allowed us to reach a high level in the development and construction of drawn-down forms.
